Partner & Head of Clients for Europe & Middle East
Carmen is our current Head of Clients for Europe & Middle East, who joined Patria last September 2024.
Carmen has served as Country Head of Iberia & UK at Tikehau Capital until June 2024. She joined in 2015 and had responsibility in both regions across all investment strategies including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate and Capital Markets. She was also responsible for Fundraising Tikehau Capital’s funds among institutional and retail investors in those geographies.
Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, Carmen held the position of Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in their European Leverage Finance practice. Carmen initially started her career in Zurich in the Leverage Finance department of UBS. She later moved to London where she worked at Merrill Lynch and HVB. Carmen has also gained corporate experience managing the global Corporate Finance activities of GSK.
BsBA in Finance and International Management from Boston University School of Management and MBA from Babson College Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business. In 2022, Carmen attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Programme.
